I think they have to announce by 6:45 ET (?) if is on the active roster. The general idea is, if he's on the active roster, he'll be starting. Why would they make him active if he's not going to start, right?

Obviously he isn't 100% recovered either way. Rams have played some good football in their last 2 games , Cincy not so much. Too much weight put on " they need this win ". Didn't they need the last 2 as well ? If you have trouble running the ball tonight , or fall behind early , Rams D can make life unpleasant for you real quick
