Two months is a long time to check someones documents, why don't you just return all his funds via the exact same method he deposited. That would solve any fraud concerns. If you are waiting 2 months for your processor to send information, that sounds like your problem not the OP. At this point it looks embarrassing to 1XBet. You could solve this in 5 minutes by calling the poster and telling him exactly what is going on.

I’m actually so tired and down already. Day by day I shed tears regretting I ever made a deposit with 1xbet. Even my deposits remains inaccessible. I’m really tired and heartbroken. They don’t be even reply my emails anymore. Anyone who could help please just help. It’s becoming unbearable. This isn’t the 9th week already. 9th.
