Yes... Their interface suits my style of wagering in Esports and tennis .... But the customer service that they outsource all their issues pertaining to India is jackshit... Zero professionalism ... Service reps in the LIVE CHAT speak from a script in crude English/Hindi ... They have zero knowledge about bookkeeping/wagering....

All my issues have only been solved through this forum.

Provided all my bank statements of the entire 19 day cycle along with transaction screenshots of the payment app to 1xbet by email yesterday.

No response yet... No resolution....

@1xBetsupport it's been more than 24 days....
The customer service has blocked me from calling , they haven't replied to my mails ....

I tried calling from a different number , the staff verbally abused me and denied receiving any deposits and disconnected the calls...i can post the audio recordings here too...

The payment structure of refunds in India is pretty sorted and streamlined... Even the central bank of India has mandated that any failed transaction has to be refunded within T+1 days...
