Limit is back.

About license, they changed office, nothing illegal I did exchange mail with IBAS as well. It is not usual to switch office and license in such a short period, but it is not illegal action.

I'm still talking with 18bet support, but they did offer me 2 solutions that I RESPECT. I must say they did come my way and explained all to me.

I will update this post once the issue is completely solved.

18bet is good bookie if you don't chase highest odds with tendency of falling. I will update this post when all is done.

We appreciate that 18Bet on our advice contacted the player and together they found a solution.

However, Bookmakers Review would feel more reassured if 18Bet, rather than a per case approach, had put in place a policy guaranteeing all players that have accepted a bonus they can complete their bonus rollovers without the risk of having bet limits imposed half way through the rollover completion.

i win 9000 euros in 18bet livecasino and i ordere a withdrwal, but 18bet don´t want process my withdrawal. They have all my docuemtns: NAtional document, copy of my credit card and adrress proof, but always says the financial department are studing the withdrawal....

I write for nobody deposit with then: don´t pay the winnings¡¡¡¡¡

I deposited 3400 eur with 18bet and i won 25000 eur. I have a pending bonus or 10000 eur (they say no process mora than 10000 eur in a week) and 15000 eur in my account. Now they have closed my account and it´s under review...DOn´t say me nothing. They are a scam¡¡¡¡

Don´t play with 18bet, they are dangerous¡¡¡

I opened a account in 18bet the last 13 of august. I sent all my documents for verify my account (National document, copy of credit card and proof of adrees) and they say me my account was verified.After they say me the account was verified i deposited 1500 euros and i lost all the money.The next day, 14 of august i deposited 1300 euros more and i played live casino and live bets....I won 25000 euros. The day 15 of august i ordered several withdrawal and they don´t process them (always sid they need more time). Sunday they rejected a withdrawal for bank transfer, because they say the clause 4 of Terms and Conditions don´t let more than 10000 eur withdrawal in a week). After i ordered a withdrawl for 10000 euros.This morning they close my account and after i contact with them, they say me:"Dear Jesus,We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department has closed your account due to duplicated accounts policy. Stay AWAY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Here's my story.

I am a bonus hunter, that's how I make money, I registered, £50 deposited, they charged me £1 (rip off to start off).. after a bet and the bonus that was credited my balance is £156, I call it a day and go to bed. Wake up next day my account is blocked, reason: I didn't reply their verification emails (went straight into hotmails junk box...i wonder why, scammers).

So I open the emails, they ask for documents, the proccess takes 2 days for them to realise they have my documents (I had to send it 3 times no joke, they claimed they had never received it). So as im waiting my documents to be verified, I went on chat about 10x in 3 days coz this had never happened to me b4 (i cleared over 30bonus in 30bookmakers) and i knew something was wrong, wasn't i right? im always right.

3 days gone i get 2 emails, 1 says my account is fully active, the other tells me the fraud department took away my bonus and left me with £49 because i have a duplicate account. LOL. I challenge them and ask for evidence they claim they cant give it via chat, asked me to email the management to complain, so I do... guess what, no one replies, so I go on the chat and complain more...their answer is the same "please refer to the email" so i copy paste the email on their faces and ask them, "here u go where the f is the evidence that i have a duplicate account?" to which they answer "dear tiago it is against our policy to give you such information regarding other accounts" and here u have it, they make u go in circles and circles, trying to make u think u r a lil crazy boy with duplicate accounts until u give up and assume the loss, because there's nothing u can do, they have the "evidence"... its like me saying there's a spoon behind the moon and you have to believe me but you can't ask for evidence coz its against the law.

Be aware they have no LINE NUMBER, they have no way of you ringing them on any phone despite advertising on the website you can contact them via phone! Its all BS! I was told several times there's no lines because the management decided so.

Do not deposit on this site 18bet.com , if you will earn money they will block you account and you will erase all amounts you have in the account.
This happened to me when I won €240 , they said that they had violated the rules of the bet because I bet 3 times the same game, €1, €1, €10

I have deposited a week ago 1900euro. Now I have a balance of 10300 and choose to withdraw the funds. But the withdrawal will not be processed, it is constantly in pending mode. I contacted the live chat but the only thing they sayo to me is:

"As I mentioned your case is under review , once there is an update , you will be reached via e-mail."

While the withdrawal request was made on december the 28th, so that is around 5 days ago.
What can be done in order to get the money? They are not replying on my emails. I read somebody of the 18bet.com website was also a member here.. Maybe he wants to comment on this?
