My understanding of the scripture Isaiah was a prophet who foretold of the coming of the Messiah in the old testament. Matthew was a hated tax collector whom Jesus forgave wrote one of the 4 gospels in which he wrote about the birth of Jesus even mentioning Him by name. With Isaiah and Matthew both teaching about Jesus Christ I believe that proves Jesus was the one who is more important.
You have a very distorted view of the Bible. I can see you are either a novice or what we call a “weekend” worshiper. Christ was a womanizer, cannabis user and cheated his fellow people in gambling.
Most here are novices when it comes to the Bible or “weekend “ worshipers or just worshiping the Bible when it’s convenient. I can read scriptures by heart and will school anyone on the good book.

The problem is people have been brainwashed in a certain interpretation of the Bible especially Christ. I’m not saying he wasn't/isn't important because Christ is essential and a big part of life and what makes us who we are today. I equate peoples interpretation to the Bible like sports betting here. Most here have no idea what they are doing, only a few here know the deal. I have yet to even communicate with anyone here that has the slightest clue about Mathew, Isaih, Jacob, Joshua etc, Christ was a womanizer, he cheated his own people in gambling. Lots of ignorance here, as I mentioned, we call them "weekend worshipers" or they only go to the bible when they go to jail or try to get clean, only when they are in need.
