I got greedy and was just looking for any new big bonuses before football started . This is expensive lesson . Big bonuses don’t mean anything if you can’t withdraw. The one thing That boggles my mind is I wasn’t even halfway done with rollover. I could of literally lost it all the following weeks but I guess that’s not any better that would of probably stung more if I hit rollover requested withdraw and then they jacked me .

I tried getting explanation, I started screenshotting everything when the day they limited me all my wagers as far back as the account history would let me go all the emails and live chat . Pretty much any and all the csr says is “ management decision “
