I'm guessing.
But when i do the math... Car (lets estimate it at 3K lbs) driving down interstate at 65 mph and a person places their head (say it weights ~6 lbs) in front of that car, the physics indicate it will strike with 424k ft-lbs of force....
That's more than the force of a body hitting the earth from 20k feet, without a parachute.
Seems to indicate a likelihood of death.
