I mentioned last week that I thought Sam Houston's program was too good to be overlooked. Maybe not. They are in a transitional yr and therefore not eligible for FCS playoffs. Maybe no carrot to shoot for, so maybe a down year for a good program.

By transitive property, think about what the fallout is on various teams:
*Tx AM maybe not as good as I thought. Thought the QB was suspect (for a national contender).
*North Carolina might be BETTER than people think. Off to a nice start. Have to address their defense, but I think their offense will test Clemson.
