Its normally not a lot. You'll get 3-4 new guys that are kind of impactful come in each "season" but the core of the squad usuallly stays consistent.

The biggest turnover is due to injuries. Like today US is missing Tyler Adams (mid-fielder). He is leveraging for our team (he was the team captain).
