Was considering doing Raiders but both teams I can't figure out. Lost lots on each.

Yep. Not real good.
They are giving up ~370 ypg, 24th in NFL. JAX defense is ~350 ypg (middle of the pack).

The Vegas rush-D is decent, but the pass-D is pretty bad. On the plus side for the Raiders, JAX is more dependent on the run game to be good to succeed so maybe the Raiders pull this one out.
