Ok as long as new accounts are created via link in post #1, there is no need to actually fund account or place bet. We will verify with Bookmaker that submitted account numbers are valid. Only requirement is for winners after they win with 5x rollover before withdrawing.

So if you already had an account, you were good.
But in the fine print it says


2. Users who do not sign up for a valid Bookmaker account with the tracking link provided, or who sign up with a different name than what is on file with the sportsbook are ineligible to claim prizes.

If you do not sign up with valid account with tracking link you are intelligible. I already had an account with them, so I hope I'm OK but the fine print says different, if I'm reading it correctly.
