This is my biggest complaint with BOL/SB… great promos but almost every time you have to fight and jump through hoops to claim. $50 free bet wasn’t automatically credited and I spent almost 30 mins online to get it. CS first claimed week 1 didn’t count as it was a live wager. I questioned that and she checked which it can be pre or live.
