This

No action here, but I watched from start to finish

Joker missed key points on unforced errors that decided the match, it's as simple as that

Mainly the wide open game point smash that would have put him up 2-0 in the 5th set

Alcaraz played no factor in that

Joker just missed it and it cost him dearly
Yep no excuses, just valid reasons for anyone that watched

Alcaraz played well but didn't even think he played his best

Djoker just missed a lot today. Netted a bunch, sailed others. Just uncharacteristic.

And that smash probably cost him the match unfortunately

i am convinced you do not watch the earlier rounds at Aussie, French, Wimby and US Open.

Opponents of Joker who are top 20 players MISS doozies all the time in key spots vs Joker.

He even said himself today in the post game interview that has won many "tight" matches.

do you know why guys miss doozies all the time when they are talented players? it is because they are TIGHT and worried about their opponent.

Carlos Alcaraz punched Djokovic in the mouth today in sets 2 and 3 and it knocked Joker off kilter.

he has been a killer all Wimby except now today when he played the #1 ranked player in the world and the #1 seed in Wimby.

Joker gets "gimme's" all the time but you miss it because you do not follow tennis closely.

you are weekend warriors who show up on a sunday final and you are trying to analyze the match.

just saying that Alcaraz had nothing to do with the Joker mistakes, tells me you do not understand the mental game.

BigJay is triggering me in here

nice guy, does not know tennis though. nice guy though, sharp poster, does not watch the slams at all until the finals though.

he misses all the times that guys miss easy break point shots vs Joker.

it is because Joker is a king and they get nervous and tight in key spots.

then go watch Sinner v Joker 2022 wimby quarters.

Sinner gave that match away up 2 sets to 0.

come on guys.

this is nonsense.

the better player won today. period.
Yeah you're in the wrong forum lol

Don't think anyone said other guys don't choke vs Djokovic. In fact, a lot of people have said the opposite

Analysis in this thread has been spot on

read BigJay
focusing on joker mistakes "game of inches".

he did not mention people choking against joker.

you know why they choke? because Joker is DAMN GOOD. he scares the shit out of them the moment they take the court.

You seem like you're arguing with yourself

No one disputes the choking against Joker part. Not sure how that's relevant

Joker objectively played like crap today. Anyone who follows tennis and watched that match today can easily see this

That's not being critical of Alcaraz. It's just the truth

i get it now. it is easy.

When Joker wins, it was all him.

When he loses, it is because he played like crap even if it took 5 sets and huge shots by the #1 player in the world to beat Joker.

Do you know Joker just played in his 35th slam final?

he is 23 wins, 12 losses.

contrary to some people's belief, he is human and can be taken.

today, he was taken.

hopefully a changing of the guard.

i hope he gets his shit pushed in in Queens and in Melbourne.
