Take Eagles & 49ers and probably guaranteed a profit

I don't think Kansas City can be either this year
I'm not sure KC even makes it to the Super Bowl this year. Gun to my head I would take Baltimore to come out of the AFC this year. I know Lamar Jackson hasn't won big games in January very often but I think this Baltimore team is really good and can beat KC this season who has shown chinks in their armor.

Baltimore is too shaky offensively and they tend to falter a bit. Plus Harbaugh is a stooge in close games.

Chiefs can shut them down in a playoff game

Chiefs aren't flawless by any means, but they are the best team in the AFC and a lot of the other "contenders" are flawed

They don't have to deal with the Bengals this year, who would've been their biggest threat

Baltimore is the biggest threat to Kansas City in the AFC kind of by default, but I think Kansas City would probably beat them.

Miami and Jacksonville the only other threats I see.

The wild card pool is going to be pretty weak this season

Would've been great opportunity for Cincinnati. They were looking right again with a healthy Burrow.

I agree with what you said but Baltimore's defense has been very good this season and we all know that defense travels in the playoffs. To be honest the only reason I'd take Baltimore over KC is probably because of their defense since you're right Lamar Jackson would scare me in a big playoff game if I were a Baltimore fan. Another team to look out for in the AFC has to be the Dolphins but I rate Baltimore above them because I think the Ravens have the better defense. It will be interesting to see how it all shakes out though because I think KC is definitely capable of turning it on offensively at any time and they kind of started last week against the Raiders. Maybe they build on that momentum and get back to the Super Bowl again.

And think Balt 2023 playoffs. They might have beaten Cincy on the road with Huntley at QB if it was not for that 99 yard fumble TD return. ADD Flowers, Bateman, and OBJ to the mix now. and maybe Andrews is back for this go around 2024.

Thing about NFL you just have to be good enough to win once against each opponent. It's win or go home, and any team can put together one game against a better team. NHL, NBA, and MLB gives the better team an advantage, you don't have in football, you have to win a series. Advantage favorite

Bills ahead of Cincy makes perfect sense. Cincy were never going to go anywhere with or without Burrows

SF / Balt SB ?
I don't like how Josh Allen has played so far this year. I think Buffalo makes another early exit in the playoffs if they even get in. If they don't make the playoffs I can see them cleaning house this offseason because they certainly have the talent but they've underachieved this year.

Its been a year of " Tale of 2 cities "..........

It was the best of times , it was the worst of times.

They win 3 straight by huge margins , dominating on both sides of the ball

W 38 - 10 vs Raiders
W 37 - 3 @ Wash
W 48 - 20 vs Miami

then they travel to London and hit the skids with some brutal football

W 14 - 9 vs NY Giants
L 25 - 29 @ N.England

I thought they deserved to beat Philly , but Josh has been playing very well again of late.
No need to clean house , just get healthy bodies back. This team is very talented and should produce better results.... Consistency needed

Big changes are coming for them if they're smart

McDermott is probably done. You can't continue to suck in close games and make awful coaching decisions over and over again and stay a coach, especially when you haven't won anything

Give me JOE COOL and the Bengals over the BILLS
Yeah, I mean that's common sense.

After that blowout win in Orchard Park last playoffs, plus the sound victory this year.

Hamlin is their MVP though. If Hamlin never went down, Burrow was on track to destroy them that night in Cincinnati.

Buffalo got an extra home playoff game as a result, and a much easier Wild Card match-up. Unfortunately it didn't work out for them as usual

Plus that bullshit neutral site scenario.

The Bengals did the fans a lot of favors last year shutting the Bills down in the playoffs.

We would've had that bullshit neutral site AFC Championship Game -- very unfair to the Chiefs, who earned the 1 seed fair and square

But the Bills always have to complain.

They begged for that OT rule change after they couldn't play defense for 13 seconds and OT against the Chiefs
