Crust and sauce hot - cold cheese and toppings added uncooked.

Stupidest and most disgusting style of pizza I have ever experienced. Usually served pan style cut into squares.

Never understood the attraction - why in the hell do people want half cooked food ?!! Local place in my old hometown famous for doing something similar - they cook with cheese - but add cold toppings. Again - why I will only do cheese pizza from there - I’ll pass on the cold pepperoni on green peppers/mushrooms.

They are all good but New York style. Crust that is just right and you can fold it over. Perfect with a beer.

Posted them before, wife & I love doing a sun-dried tomato or a white sauce/spinach/mushroom lavash crispy flatbread pizza on Friday nights.

Can’t beat it. Take your dough-$#!T & shove it up your @$$ - all about the flavors & toppings……

St Louis style with provel cheese is definitely unique, not everyone's cup of tea
