The feedback from most on how to handle "Action" plays for MLB seems to be one-sided.
Similar to what Hunch indicated in yesterday's thread, the couple of comments in today's thread, and two PMs I've received, I'll update rule 4 as follows and broadened it a little to include other sports.

For MLB wagers, both listed pitchers must start in order for your play to be valid unless stated "Action" for the game.

4. For MLB, all posted plays are "Action" regardless of changes in starting pitching. For any sport, a change in a poster's play may only be made if the prior selected play has been confirmed to be cancelled/postponed/suspended to a later date.

Makes it more straight-forward and easier on me. Fortunately, this isn't a common issue.

This was my suggestion as well.

It flags the play, so Tanko can check for pitcher change.

Not posted with the play then no need to check for pitcher change.

They can list just one starting pitcher also, obv.

Listed/Action, Action/Listed, Listed/Listed.
