Two sides to every story but it appears Davis' version is the one that happened. At least according to a number of nearby passengers who talked to the FBI after departing the plan. They indicated the flight attendant lied.
Not sure which version to believe but when witnesses come forward backing one side or the other, thats usually the side that wins.
I would think the airlines would want to have cameras where the passengers were. I've been on several overnight flights and I always wondered what if some pervert molested someone while they were sleeping. The airlines would be partially liable if they didn't provide adequate security and that would include cameras on the passengers.
Yeah... The statement from United about the flight attendent could be just cover for the public consumption. The guy is probably getting a couple weeks paid vacation.
Exactly - multiple people with video. Incident has been out there for more than a few days and he’s publicized the hell out of it - WHERE ARE THE VIDEOS ?!?
Either we are to believe there’s a massive cover up from one of the 2 sides - or we are left to believe Davis is not credible in his statement and likely lying about other details as well.
Draw your own conclusions - but if United had the power to cover this thing up on their end - don’t you think Boeing would be able to do the same with all their issues (which involve a hell of a lot more money than TDs discrimination complaint).
