It was due to a phone number change. They told me after that I'd receive it shortly and it's now been over 24 hours. I called and ask John if everything is still good. He said yes it's just the normal timeframe, but my first payout went thru in hours so who knows

Beware of the rollover man. They cap rollover at 2k per bet. So even if you bet 10k, only 2k clears. Best of luck to you

Just got a call from John. They're taking the money..... And putting it right into my btc wallet 😤 He said account is good to go and I just put in 2 5k payouts. Also after we hung up he called me back and said "Put in a good review on the forum"😂

I actually sent it to someone in the security team while on the phone with them. John finally called me about an hour later. That convo will be uploaded as well. Said he didn't click the link due to company policy, but then went on to talk about what I posted almost verbatim lol

I sent them multiple selfies of me holding my ID, and then completed a zoom call. They asked me to hold my ID up while on the zoom call. Once I did that they said everything is perfect and I cashed out 10k, then the next day is when the BS started. You'll hear him say multiple times on the call...
