I was challenged by a few posters here to do a 24 hour fast. This was my last meal yesterday evening around 8:30 PM local time.


This was my weight this morning at 6:50 AM local time



Here we go! Already basically 11 hours down

I’m doing this with you Bobby. I’ve currently been fasting for 28 hours gonna eat tonight at my favorite pizza place, Frank Pepe’s. Tryna extend my BMR record to 34 hours previously was 32 hours last week.

I’m currently 185ish another 10 lbs would be good for me. I haven’t been that weight since tradesmen school as a electrician early 20s.

ill keep saying, people don't realize most of do 14-16 hours without even thinking about it

personally I ate dinner around 715pm last night and it's 1140am now and I haven't eaten since. and i won't eat until tonight. There's 24 hours.

Much easier than you realize. Brain power

True, but undocumented unfortunately to hold up in BMR court. I did that 4 years ago JDS wasn’t even heard of yet at BMR when it took place.
