Organizing this forum to collect reports of aggressive KYC from BookMaker/JustBet. I want to start by saying this occurred heavily 2 MLB seasons ago due to major syndicates targeting this book. It wasn’t until the past month or so the complaints came back. This forum is not for syndicates to complain, but for innocent people caught in the crossfire which is bound to happen. My main concern is after people complete the aggressive KYC process, they are forced to take the payout via bank wire. This is unacceptable and to my knowledge is the only sportbook that has ever done this in their KYC process. Please don’t delete this thread. My intention is good.

pretty sure that they only do this if they have overwhelming evidence of wrong doing. Which, by the way, is not difficult to gather and ascertain. Shouldnt be a huge issue to take a wire, or several of them. I look at it a different way... they could just keep the balance, but instead they are offering to pay out, even when they basically know there was a violation. I seriously doubt there are many totally innocent people that run into this. It seems as though there are different levels of headaches they give people based on how confident they are that wrong doing occurred. Maybe I am wrong, but this book is a global brand, and they would probably pay people (even when they suspect tomfoolery) just to maintain their reputation. So if you're getting forced to take a wire, there is probably a good reason.

Friend of mine was subjected to it for no reason. Not the bank wire though. Got paid after 3 weeks 2 baseball seasons ago.

do u remember about what his balance was? what he bet on? live vs full games etc? casino or just sports? Bonuses, etc? Yeah, i mean they aren't going to risk damaging their brand by stiffing people in some borderline situation. I think sometimes people don't quite understand the difference in scale between these different sportsbooks. BetCris/BM/JB are massive

Yeah it was like $5,000, he was in for $3,000 between 3 deposits and won on his last. He did take the bonus 100% freeplay. In regards to his wagers I remember he was betting soccer there along with baseball. I could be wrong though it was like a while ago

The thing is, they really don’t like new customers. And when they go through this KYC process basically any new customer who wins goes through the same ordeal. I know for a certainty they take sharp action, but. They go through this phase. It seems whenever syndicate are nailing them hard and they basically treat all new customers like threats. They have to understand that they are advertise it so many different places. I know they already have the existing customer base to make millions every single day and never need any new players at this point. Also, I don’t believe he did any live wagering.
