Still looking for a good butcher up here. Going to make some after the first of the year - teriyaki is the “classic”, but thinking of trying a honey/Sriracha…..

Our annual Palm Springs family/friends resort/spa trip is next week - nothing better poolside than homemade beef jerky. Been ‘dehydrating’ all weekend, got the spicy teriyaki (with my own personal teriyaki marinade, of course) & a smoky chipotle…..
