BetNow.eu Slow-Pay/No-Pay Complaints

I think it’s time we make an organized thread about BetNow. They’ve already stolen a good amount of money from a well known user on this forum. It’s best to kick up the pressure.

BetNow is known for the following when it comes to slow-paying/no-paying.

Canceling your withdrawal and turning off your payout options until you send in a utility bill or await their investigation on your account via the line team. (The fact) if you get a line on a game that’s 5 cents or more off your account gets flagged.

Forcing some accounts to withdrawal only through some crypto options and blocking the option of bitcoin or litecoin. Usually the excuse is your account is new.

Outright closing people’s accounts with decent history with them. In one case saying they had already paid the individual enough in his lifetime performance so they voided his winnings.

Please share your stories. I personally despise their managers, looking to see this form blow up and BetNow make some changes, for better or for worse.

betnow hasn't been around 20 years. You mean one of their affiliates?

Back in the early 2000’s this group operated sites called BetRoyal and SBG Global. At some point they created BetNow as well and transferred some Royal accounts to that URL.

I like the push but curious...are you in process of some grief from them? I had a small 4 figure balance with them that went south so once I started hearing a whiff of issues, didn't reup. No bonus available for me so no point if this crap is starting.

Pretty sure you will receive it with little to no issue

Yup same day. They’ve always been good to me and paid me out same day. I think I’m a good bit in the positive now so we’ll see if that changes

Just from what I gather here and other bits of info. Seems like they are in the same situation as a lot of other books and handling it the same way. Along with, dealing with a much higher ratio of Sharps Vs. Average Joes, seems like most of the people that exploit the live edges are the ones that are getting stiffed and the people that more or less are just doing normal betting and have an established account history are getting paid. I know there are (obvious and noted) exceptions to this but this might be it for the most part. Will add though, the health of some books seems to vary in terms of solvency, it's hard to be completely sure since we're still in the football season, so books got that injection of cash but while books like BetNow are paying out, seems like WagerWeb fell off a cliff.

I think this is all spot on. I only do pregame sides/spreads. Never once did any live wagers and certainly don’t tail anyone else’s plays

I agree it's a solid assessment. If you are a normal bettor you're gonna be ok. If you are odds jam army they are gonna F you.

I'd agree with that assessment. I've never placed a live bet there, however, I'm severely limited. No issue withdrawing fortunately. I think avoiding live wagers on BetNow would be highly recommended at this point.
