Honestly, ever since you initially posted that and brought it up - I can’t stop thinking about doing a slow-cooker pot roast with gravy. With the potatoes, onions, & carrots…..

Roasts (or stews) are seriously underrated and the basic versions are very easy to make.

There's a reason people only eat turkey once a year and no one even finishes those leftovers. With a bunch of gravy it makes it decent, but let's face it, people are more excited about the sides.

Also recommend considering doing a HAM.
