Payout experience from bet105 yesterday

Not sure if anyone else was affected yesterday, but bet105 had verification glitches with their payouts for a while. Wanted to share how it all went down and was handled.

I requested a four-figure amount at 8:30am and tried several times without it being processed. Was told by support that an issue needed to be resolved and they would reach out through email once it was set. They immediately awarded a $50 free bet for the inconvenience.

At 1:30pm, I got an email saying the issue was resolved. Made a new payout request and I received it in 20 minutes.

Even though it was initially tough seeing a payout issue happening, I thought it was all still handled pretty well. Was kept updated and still got paid quickly once it was resolved.

I've never had a problem there with deposits or withdrawals. Both always fast and no jumping through hoops.
