IMG_7923.jpegChinese researchers are working on one of the most ambitious anti-aging breakthroughs in modern science — a drug based on PCC1, a compound found in grapeseeds that targets and eliminates senescent cells, the “aged” cells responsible for tissue decline and chronic inflammation. Early studies published in Nature Metabolism showed that mice given PCC1 lived noticeably longer and healthier lives, with improved muscle strength, organ health, and overall vitality. Scientists believe this senolytic approach could eventually push human lifespan beyond 120 — and possibly toward the 150-year mark.

A Shenzhen-based biotech company, Lonvi Biosciences, is now preparing PCC1-based treatments for human trials, marking a major step toward real-world life-extension medicine. While researchers caution that human aging is far more complex than animal models, the progress is significant — the type that could redefine healthcare, longevity, and what it means to grow old. For the first time, adding decades of healthy life may no longer belong to science fiction.

If you want to leave Thailand move to Campuchia, it is amazing here and the easiest visa process in the world. No issues. You can start off with a year and just renew yearly. I have connections here for it. Campuchia is a way better country than Thailand in every way. It is my 2nd favorite place in the world.
Wow, one year tourist visa? And then renew it inside the country or go to the border and come back for another year?

You never have to leave Campuchia. I am here now. Tons of foreigners and Americans live here. One year visa and you never have to leave, renew it in country always. Amazing beaches here, friendly people. This country is much better than Thailand in every single aspect, no comparison.

The Philippines is also a country I was thinking of. Some westerners say it's really beautiful and easy visa process. Is it a good place now? I think some areas there are much safer than others :+clueless
I don't want @BMR Genie or @quantumleap to put a hit out on me and cause turmoil in our relationships, I consider both of them friends. But please be realistic here. #1 should be Vietnam, but it is not easy to stay here, you can do it, I have for many years, just jump through hoops. I will die in Northern Vietnam, there is nothing in this world, not even $ that could get me to leave Northern Vietnam. #2 should be Campuchia, the most relaxed Visa process in all of SEA, #3 should be Myanmar, #4 should be Laos, amazing country and it is wonderful there. #5 should be Indonesia #6 should be Malaysia, #7 should be Singspore, #8, East- Timor, #9, Brunei , #10 Phillipines , #11, Thailand,

Just my opinion and personal experiences. I have been to all 11 SEA countries and I know a thing or two.
