I would seriously pay $ for this. I would pay $100 if I could see these guys debate for 2-3 hours. It would be epic.

🚨 TODAY: Peter Schiff calls Strategy's business model "fraud" and challenges Michael Saylor to a debate.

Will Saylor accept the challenge?

What do you think the bottom will be in 2026?
Hey what was your main reason to pull out of the market like you did at like the most perfect time ? Are you lowkey like some kind of financial wizard …

I picked 125k as my sell price at the beginning of this year. I thought the top would be about 135k and so I chose a sell price a little below the top. I had been waiting for it to hit 125k for almost a year.
I got really lucky that the number I picked just happened to be the top.

Lucky bastid 🍀 Investing Gods on your side with that timing. I love how you shared that when you did it & not after the fact when it went down like some posters would. See no BMR jinx there pal, time to start sharing some of your plays again

I didn’t manage to get out at the pico top like ace, but I sold everything on the bounce to 116k

The top is going to look so obvious in hindsight. Weakening high time frame momentum into a market structure break, 10+ year old untouched whale wallets selling billions worth above 100k, DATs buying alts after rising 10-30x deep into a bull market that historically respects a time based market cycle, etc.

One poster said he’d be shocked if bitcoin hits 60k again. Crypto has a way of shocking everyone - to both the upside and downside. I wouldn’t be shocked to see 50k or lower in the next 6-12 months, I think it’s far more likely than not

You seem to have a good understanding of this digital asset. You must be “heavily invested”.

Used to be full time sports bettor straight out of university. About 5-7 years switched to focusing about 50/50 sports and trading. With the weakening sportsbook landscape over the past few years I’m basically full time trader with very little time focused on sports betting

Books stiffed me for more this year than the past 10-15 years combined. I also managed to get mid 5 figs out of a few books right before they went rogue. Between virtually no more deposit bonuses and the limited options, it’s just not worth it

People who are successful traders make it seem way harder than it is imo. Learn basic price action, high time frame moving averages, find assets in strong trends, ride the trend until the wheels fall off

Leverage is a disciplined traders best friend but a death wish to the blind dart throwers

Hey man, respect for surviving (and actually profiting) through the great sportsbook apocalypse. What you’re describing is the exact timeline almost every sharp I know went through.

Your leverage point is spot-on. Sports bettors who blew up trading are almost always the ones who treated 20x like it was a DraftKings boost instead of a loaded weapon. The same guys who could grind 3% ROI per month at sports suddenly think 3R = life-changing and nuke themselves trying to turn 10k → 100k in a month.

Nice to hear some new blood on these boards from posters who take these markets very seriously like yourself. I have failed to do what you do in my betting career, but still a life time positive unit gambler semi pro “some years”. Glad I ran into you on here I encourage you to post more whenever you get a chance and continue to share your professional insight.

Assuming we continue to follow the trends...
  • Expect a low sometime 2026 with a drop to ~20% of peak. --> $25k
  • Then about 18 months after the next halving (est March 2028) it reaches peak again --> Fall of 2029....

Interesting how there is some consistency in the trend history.

When you bet on sports do you consider seasonal trends hold any water to determine a potential winner or what is your opinion on that ?
I don't. My betting strategy is very simple. I just look for numbers that are far enough off market that they are +ev. So if the entire world has the Falcons at -3.5 and one shop has them offered at -3, I'm gonna bet the -3.
This is why college basketball is awesome. So many games and lots of variance.
