Sometimes the alcohol gets away from you - especially if you don’t eat, or mix in a water, or start getting talked into doing shots of Fireball .

But seriously, when you’re having a great time, drinks are flowing, and you’re dancing, partying, gambling, whatever-ing, you can lose control pretty quickly. Luckily for me, I’m not a violent guy by any means - but it seems like Dirty Sanchez has some issues.

But, just like every celebrity that gets caught doing something stupid - He’ll probably write a book about his ‘experiences’, do the whole ‘Mea Culpa’ tour, go on all the talk shows, wash, rinse, repeat…..

He didn’t kill anybody (luckily) and now it’s time to ‘learn’ from his ‘mistakes’…..
He’ll be just fine…..

Too bad the guy Sanchez attacked just simply didn’t go “O-Line” stance and bend over in front of him off slightly off to his right - he would’ve knocked himself out.

I don't know if you're aware of it, but Arizona has some of the strictest DUI laws in the country. A DUI conviction will lead to mandatory jail time.
I didn't realize it at first, but even if you blow below the legal limit you can still be arrested If the cop feels your alcohol consumption is affecting your ability to control your vehicle.

Cop: Well, your honor, I saw Hopster weaving within his lane. Based upon his reputation I could tell the alcohol consumption was affecting his driving. He blew a 0.05%.
