How much was the bill? What I usually do JJ he's double the first number. So for example, if the bill is $25 I would leave usually a $4 or $5 tip. If the bill was say $50, I would leave a $10 tip and so on

Thankfully it's never happened to me because I am really diligent about looking but I am sure to some older folks or folks who are not familiar with the technology they probably are more vulnerable to this

Sometimes I do tip especially if I’m a regular at that location. I’m pretty sure it gets split between all the staff members.

Some have started adding a new line item called "Health Surcharge" or "Employee Benefits charge"....
You have to ask them to remove it.

Here in when you pay with a credit card there is not even a space on the receipt to leave a tip. But rarely people use credit cards anyway. It’s a cashless society. Everyone uses QR codes to pay. You only tip when you get a massage. Not for food or at a bar.
