They sent me an emailing saying they've discovered evidence of bonus abuse and they won't offer my account bonuses anymore, but the account has been re-enabled. I had to do another ID verification thing on the website but then once I requested the payouts they were processed in about 24 hours
I guess good on them for not being outright thieves? But 3.5 months with zero communication, zero updates, and actually zero wrongdoing on my end, is obviously insane and inexcusable. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and I'll never play with them again.

I love this. You are really trying to paint yourself out to be a “degenerate” but are making it so obvious you’re using someone else’s identity. Actual people with gambling issues tend to be ashamed of it, and aren’t going to openly call themselves degens. Also mentioning the credit score thing, another attempt. The reason I’m passionate about highlighting all the issues with OP is because the greediness from sloppy bonus abusers ruins it all for the rest of us. And it’s annoying.
