I’m still puzzled. They have their ace starter in a must win and they take them out dominating the game.

Teams over rely on their bullpen nowadays and it ends up costing them. Probably has to do with analytics but these managers have a tendency to over manage when their ace is dealing. I would have let Skubal throw 150 pitches with the way he was pitching but Hinch said it was an easy decision to pull him so he's going to get blasted all off season.
