Costco shoppers will be able fill prescriptions for Ozempic and Wegovy -- two of the most popular weight loss and diabetes drugs -- at a discount.

Novo Nordisk, the maker of both medications, announced Friday that the warehouse retailer will sell a four-week supply of the injections for $499 out of pocket at its more than 600 U.S. Costco pharmacies.

Why would it take a physical specimin? The best coaches and trainers in every sport basically sucked and guys like Jordan or magic johnson can't train anything . Just using that as an example.

Just like people saying do 3 sets of this or 4 sets of that. Not a single person, even on here can answer.

HOW IS ONE LESS SET NOT ENOUGH AND ONE MORE TOO MUCH?

WHAT DO I MEAN?

WELL. IF SOMEONE IS TELLING YOU TO DO 3 SETS, THEN WITHOUT HESITATION, THEY SHOULD BE ANSWER HOW ONE LESS SET IS NOT ENOUGH AND ONE MORE IS TOO MUCH.

If you took it, the weight would probably melt off you. So I took it last summer for about two months & I pretty much stayed the same weight. Lost a couple pounds actually, nothing really worth the price so I discontinued it, it’s basically for fat people.

If it gets to the point I need to start taking it I will but for right now I think I'm doing pretty good on my own without any supplements

Yeah I agree you are doing just fine on your own, but at some point maybe implementing the gym into your weekly activities could help you get to your next goal weight.
