i think the opposite. if the books are telling a story with -5.5 to start, then for the raiders to cover i can see 28-21. but the game scares me.

The Titans aren't that good either and they start Cam Ward. They had no business winning last week but they did and I'm glad they did because 25% picked Arizona in some of my survivor pools. I think the Raiders are the rightful favorite because Tennessee is arguably the worst team in the NFL.

i think you are right and last week's titans win is moreso the cards being inept at closing games than the titans coming back. i am on the raiders. usually spots like this, as others have mentioned, go the way they don't want you to think.
