Bills rotate 3 tight ends..... Knox / Kincaid and newly drafted Hawes. Coaches love Hawes blocking ability. I see Allen dumping off short passes to guys like Cook , with Hawes blocking that end. It seems like a small # to me , and yeah them books know their #'s
