Yeah, a lot of people complaining, but the bottom line is that he's a huge entertainer wordwide.

Shit, in 2022 he sold out yankee stadium 2 nights in a row in part of huge world tour.

This happened in New York, which, last I checked, was in the USA...

I think the SuperBowl halftime is becoming a regular controversy, almost just to have a controversy.

Feels like everyone thinks this is Burger King and they can all have it their way.

But the NFL has always chosen huge worldwide stars, and it seems like each year more and more people bitch about it.

The SuperBowl is a wordwide event, and the NFL is working to keep it that way.

This guy did get political and I think he promoted Harris during the last election and has been critical of Trump.

I wonder if the NFL considered that, blew it off, relished in the controversy, it's hard to tell.

But the NFL had to know there would USA citizens protesting the pick, including the USA President.
