@BobbyFK when you walk into any kind of stores here. Circle K etc. they have tons of different kinds of chicken feet in packs ready to be eaten. You don’t cook them.

Yes correct. Very tender, and it will produce a lot of gelatin when chilled.

If it’s tender texture I would definitely try it. Thought it would be super chewy eating through all the ligaments in a foot.
