Perfect example of "you snooze you lose"....
Ole Miss opened at +2 Sunday and within an hour dropped immediately to -2.5.....
I don't think Simmons will be back yet. Frankly Chambliss has done excellent. 90 QB rating in the two games he's played. If Simmons is back then OK.
I'm not completely convinced about LSU yet. They beat Florida by 10 but Lagway (FLA) gave up 5 INTs (1 a pick six, and two in the 4Q). Their rush-defense is stout but I think Ole Miss will beat them in the passing game (probably LSU's weakest area if there is any).
Fortunately, Ole Miss' weakest area (rushing D) matches up well with LSU who has utilized the passing game for 70% of its yards so far this season. Ole Miss passing D is 25th in the country so hopefully, they can keep the Tigers contained.
