If not, he can call delay of game.

As KVB said - it’s not an automatic when clock hits zero - it must be “observed”.

NFL is the toughest sport betting wise to win at - I play because the market demands it - but playing a high volume of games and winning is damn near impossible I think - unless your live betting.
