You never mentioned how your doctor's visit went. Sinus surgery scheduled? What's the plan?
In Ontario , Canada you are so limited to availability. Getting in to see a specialist in any ENT Dept takes you months. As an in patient at another hospital in the city of Hamilton , they did nightly tests to establish the source of my lack of deep sleep. Finally they scheduled an appointment for Sept 3 , 2022 while i was still a patient in the Rehab Facility. I had a date for potential release as Oct 3 , 2022 if i could pass their tests. I got out on Aug 26th ahead of my date and now became an " Outpatient ". At the Sept 3 appointment they acknowledged the damage to my nose and offered a steroid spray as a temporary solution and stated they needed to open my nose up and scrape away the excess cartlidge. I can never get a response from any calls , emails etc , so i opted to get hooked up with a local ENT specialist to have the operation. Once again i am awaiting that referal after Wednesdays meeting with my GP.

Long winded explanation

Thanks for asking
