REWARD for help leading to payout settlement

So… I built an insane balance on BetWhale. Mostly due to frustration over slow pays and customer service insistence that larger payouts would happen if I played more..

So I began placing massive blackjack wagers and eventually was doing 10k hands this past weekend. I hit an insane streak of luck over the past couple months and somehow managed to build up to a balance of 250k

They have been paying me $500 every 8-9 days.. so doing the math I’ll be withdrawing for literally 13 years.

Obviously with the state of things I highly doubt they’ll be around that long. I have offered them many different settlement options and each time got met with “per terms and conditions” blah blah

If anyone out there has any further information or any communication with higher ups at this company. Anything that leads me to a settlement I would literally give a decent % of the settlement.

I’m thinking somewhere between 5-10% reward depending on the amount they settle at.

Obviously this reward also applies to anyone who works at BMR too. I will pay for the help!

Assuming this is all true, it's why there's no point going on tilt playing BJ. You win, you get this. You lose, you can't even get the $500 drippings.

I’d say “I wish it wasn’t true” but it’s hard saying that while looking at this. I just hope I’m able to see some of this. Wouldn’t be shocked if they just shut my account off now at this point too..

Honestly you’re lucky to be seeing $500 a week. Imagine there are several winners of the publishers clearing house sweepstakes promised lifetime payments who right now would settle for $500 a week for better than a decade.

I’m guessing the $500 continues until late December when the processor “goes on holiday” and doesn’t come back the following week and then they just have no incentive to pay you in January with football wrapping up. Square books like this live and die with NFL/CFB bettors.

5-10% - your WAY low on what the pros get BTW - at least for debt collection. Keep in mind you’re likely to get jack on your own - so anyone who can negotiate a settlement on your behalf is literally gifting you money that otherwise would be written off as bad debt. 40% is the starting rate for the guys I have who chase down written off debt and recover - plus expenses. 50% isn’t uncommon - but I get preferred rates as I bring complete files on the target and simplify their efforts.

Debt buyers (people who pay you a flat some and assume the debt) - anywhere from .1-1% of the debt - they are taking all the risk and know collection is never easy. They walk away happy settling for 35% paid in 3-5 installments- knowing any payment is instant profit and the chance of getting every payment is probably 10/1.

I admittedly know very little about the collection part of it. I just imagined most collections probably aren’t having to track down 250k. Even 10% of that is 25k as opposed to getting 50% of $20,000.

Thought process basically was larger balance = lesser percent.

If you have any contacts that deem themselves successful I’d be willing to throw you a finders fee. Obviously once I’m paid

Sorry for the confusion I meant 10% reward for any information leading to a settlement but honestly I’d probably take 50% at this point.

I actually called 3 times today asking for payout updates. They always refer me to email billing but they haven’t answered me in 3 days (new development) usually I get an answer within 24 hours

I’ve got collection contacts - but these are for people within the US and who likely have monetary assets that can be LEGALLY collected.

Odds are any ownership interest in this (or any) offshore book is likely smart enough to avoid making any announced return trips to the good ole USA (or face the same fate as many offshore operators who got a little too cavalier in showing off their big spendy trips to the USA on social media) and being given a warm reception by various agency personnel with initials on their jackets (FBI/IRS/ICE).

Likewise - most of these guys keep whatever money they have buried in a jar in their backyard or on cold storage in crypto as no point leaving something that can be seized.

At this point - seriously why not ask them to make you a partner in the book ? Say you want 30% of the take and you will go full tout for them on forums - telling everyone how you broke the bank and they made right by you bringing you into the operation. Tell everyone you’re the winningest picker out there and use the platform to both the books and your advantage.

You can try OSGA to see what recourse you might have - but pretty sure it’s zero myself. It’s a risk you take with shops. Years ago I’d have said book a flight to CR and start asking around - you’d probably find someone to act as muscle. Nowadays everyone knows there’s no pot of gold at the end of that rainbow - these books are barely scraping by and $10,000 is a lot of money for everyone but the biggest operators.

FWIW BetWhale is alleged to be licensed in Anjouan...but they are not even on the registry there
