I don't get this ticket.

The math doesn't add up.

A $13,000 wager at -129 would pay $10,077.52 with the payout then being $23,077.52.

Yet the ticket shows a potential payout of $23,140.

Where does the extra $62.48 in the "potential payout" come from?
