Have had lots of issues since their software changeover. Now, you can only get a withdraw via Bitcoin even if you deposited through another method. That means, you have to set-up a bitcoin account to get your money. Appears all deposits are via Bitcoin too.
Also can buy points on halftime parlays anymore which was a benefit. Personally, horses are not accessible either since the change. Used to be a favorite and now, I have to get a Bitcoin account to get my money out.

No complaints other than they just switched to crypto only. Also appears they are not having a weekly beat the bookie contest...at least it's not posted yet. Switched to a new format online and have continued to have issues. Has always been a trusted book though.

Just got accused of multi-accounting there. The said they have "clearly identified" the accounts.

I definitely don't multi account there so, kinda scary. It appears they will payout for now, but we'll see.

the site, live chat and layout all different and not for the better. sad sad sad as it used to be my top 2 offshore with bookmaker. i really liked the 1% back each week but now you have to ask for it or they don't put the funds in your account automatically. they used to do it each monday morning.

If you click on horses at WW, do the races/tracks pop up? I haven't had that access since the changeover. I wrote to them, they requested screenshots which I sent and still no access. Looks like the Beat the Bookie weekly contest is gone too.

We can add to the list the fact that WW always had the CFB lines up on Sunday and next week's NFL posted on Sunday night...now nothing. Not sure what happened there...they did convert to the same software that TopWager is using which is not a positive as they seem to be following the same new rules too.
