Here's the rest of my week 1 NFL action:

NFL
Kansas City/LA Chargers u47 -110 1.10u to win 1u
Indianapolis Colts ML -109 1.09u to win 1u
Las Vegas/New England o43.5 -119 1.19u to win 1u

That's it for now if I see anything else I like I'll drop them here. To be honest week 1 is tough because the temptation is to bet every game on the board you have an opinion on which for most of us is the majority of the games but until I see what these teams look like on the field I'm resisting the urge to bet on games I don't have a strong enough opinion on to place a wager.

@Jrgum3 Talk to me about the Ole Miss @ Kentucky game.....

Line has dropped from 10 to 8.5. I was leaning into Ole Miss covering but I must be missing something. Is this any kind of rivalry game? Is there something here that I don't see (revenge game, players switched teams, bulletin board stuff)?

Both teams covered last week. Kentucky at home by 8 over Toledo (I thought they should have covered by 10+) and Ole Miss massacred a G. State team. Kentucky dropped slightly in my ratings since they did not win by DD as I anticipated. Ole Miss was unchanged since they played a very poor team.

Give me some insight if you can before I jump off this cliff with the Rebels.

It's not a rivalry game but if you remember last season Ole Miss was a top 5-10 team coming into the season and talking playoffs before they laid an egg at home against Kentucky and their playoff hopes went up in smoke. They're out for revenge for sure in this one and as Kentucky fan I don't have much faith in UK's offense but imo their defense is stout. Yeah Toledo put up a late score against them and covered depending on what line you got but for the most part I thought Kentucky's defense was the strength of their team. I am not betting this game but I will be watching since I never miss a Kentucky game. I think the line is fair and now that it's gone down I'm not sure I'd play Kentucky even though I think they can stay in the game if they can run the ball and play solid defense.

NFL
Dallas Cowboys +8.5 -113 1.13u to win 1u
George Pickens o55.5 receiving yards -117 1.17u to win 1u

MLB
Milwaukee Brewers ML -123 1.23u to win 1u

WNBA
Minnesota/Las Vegas o163.5 -109 1.09u to win 1u

Just some quick thoughts about tonights NFL game. I actually like Philly to win this game a large majority of the time and I think they'll probably win tonights game but I think 8.5 is an overreaction to the absence of Micah Parsons from the Cowboys roster. They will have to chuck it tonight to keep pace with the Eagles and I think the backdoor cover is live in this one so I'm taking the points here because I think that this rivalry matchup remains close throughout in week 1.
2-2 last night as I split in NFL with the Cowboys covering but Pickens going way under his posted receiving total. I'm looking over the card now before I head out and I'll see if I'll add anything to my under 47 in the KC game tonight.

NBA: 182-159-1 -1.48u

1-1-1 day as I suffered a bad beat on under in KC game. It looked for all the world that the Chiefs and Chargers would stay under the total but some huge plays in the 4th Quarter changed all that and I lost my bet. At least the Giants won to salvage my day and they did it as underdogs which I'll gladly take because they're arguably the hottest team in the league right now and I had to jump on my boys when they're playing this well. Got those three NCAAF plays pending for tomorrow so hopefully I have a good football Saturday.

NBA: 182-159-1 -1.48u
NCAAB24-25: 105-98-5 -3.28u
MLB: 146-130-7 +2.66u
NBA playoffs 24-25: 84-63 +10.05u
WNBA: 49-39-1 +5.47u
NCAAF: 5-3 +1.76u
NFL: 1-2 -1.27u

Feels like a win (not betting this game).
Thanks for the insight. Made money by not losing money. (y)

I ended up being right but that was a bad beat for Mississippi bettors. They're the better team and other than the two turnovers they probably should've covered with the way they ran the ball and pretty much stopped Kentucky all day. It's going to be a tough year for Kentucky because they can't pass and other teams know this so they stack the box against Kentucky's talented running backs. Who knows maybe Stoops will wise up and stick with Cutter Boley who seemed to give the Kentucky passing game some life when he came in the game. I know a lot of people who follow the Cats don't really like Calzada and it's hard to argue with them because Kentucky's passing offense is almost non existent which isn't good considering they'd love to be able to pound the rock.

Great info on the Cats... Will keep in mind as season goes on.

I just read an article about the game and I guess Calzada injured his shoulder so he wasn't replaced because he was struggling he was replaced because his tweaked something in his shoulder. I don't know what to make of Boley but maybe now he will get his chance and it will spark something in Kentucky's offense because they're going to have to win games by shutting teams down and controlling the clock and that's tough to do in the SEC.

1-1 Sunday as the Raider game stayed way under the total but Indianapolis blew out Miami who looked awful today. Not a bad week 1 for me in NFL and we'll see if I add anything more to my week 1 card with Monday night football looking like it'll be a good one between Chicago and Minnesota. Hopefully I find some winners because I'll probably post some plays since I like to have action on these standalone games.

1-2 night as the Bears blow a 17-6 lead and lose outright to the Vikings but I did hit my prop play on JJ McCarthy's pass attempts under.
