I’ve had apple for a while. I don’t have any $ to add to it but I’d like to.Google dodged a pending legal bullet with anti trust over chrome - Apple rises right along with it.
End of the day - no point chasing the next AI winner - just buy these 2 and hold. No matter who creates the best tech - they will own it in the end. Similar to Microsoft dominance in software in the 90s and 2000s - the next decade will be owned by these 2.
i agree 100%. just ride the course.Google dodged a pending legal bullet with anti trust over chrome - Apple rises right along with it.

Buy and hold forever
Buy - sell out of the money calls 5% above current price consistently creating an income stream and then invest that income on dips of 20% or more.
Better yet - combine this strategy with stocks paying a dividend and mix that dividend in for a second small income.
Buy and hold is slightly better than constantly flipping/trading trying to guess the direction of the market. Flipping is following the other sheep - buying and holding is resisting the urge and buying when others are selling is taking advantage of others short sighted behaviors - which historically has proven to be the best winning strategy.
That all could be true but when OpenAI goes public, I'm buying
Buy and hold forever
Hey Chap/Buster, I want your opinion on Netflix..Yes. Then borrow against the stock for spending money. Keep refinaincing those loans taking advantage of the rise in equity.
If stocks drop, sell some to pay off the loan, if you must.
Bottom line, invest your money, don't spend it, then borrow against it to preserve your capital.

I own it but thinking about adding more. If they are going to be in the business of streaming sports in the future and that looks like the future eventually, wouldn't this stock sore through the roof? Please give some insight on Netflix please , thank you!
I have a good friend in Santa Barbara that has everything he owns in Nak, he watched it go up to $2.40 then back down to .80, he is sold on this, do you know anything about Nak - Northern Dynasty Minerals. I know nothing about it but he keeps telling me to get in on this. Thanks, Chap!I was pimping netflix when it was $12.00 a share and everyone was still renting from blockbuster.
One of the greatest long term equity calls I've ever made.
The other one was on LNG, where I expected China to convert to natural gas, but they didn't. Then Putin invaded Europe and that shift in energy providers more than made up for China's ongoing coal appetite.
Netflix won't grow like it has, it's too big. Hair grows fast when you shave your head, but when it's below your shoulders, it takes forever to grow.
But if they were to just raise prices 1 buck, that's a shit ton of cash for Netflix. Expect them to remain a leader in a very crowded streaming space.

Thanks for the info! They sure did have a bad day on July 17th. Ouch. Insider selling and EPA issues.
Looks like they are in litigation because of a Biden veto.
Stock might be beat up becaue of the court shit. If they win, stock could get backk over 2 bucks.
Perhaps something to watch.
Thanks for the info!
