I wouldn't mind using chicken next time. I'm only really a turkey fan on Thanksgiving and even then I'm not a huge fan of it

If you leave the cheese off, you' save 100-150 calories, especially the American cheese slices (not good for you).

If you're looking for an alternative, here's a YT channel I watch that has some pretty good recipes. This one is a taco salad with cilantro lime Ranch dressing. It has the tortilla chips added for crunch.
