Sounds like The Raiders can now boast that their back up is better then Allen , Burrow , and Lamaar because he was given a Ring for watching Football from a bench. Its a franchise that desperately needs a QB reliable enough to get the Raiders to a .500 year. Pickett is not that guy, and im not sure Geno Smith can do much behind a very average Offensive line.

It's not like Pickett has zero playoff experience and does it matter how you get a ring as long as you get one?

Burrow, Allen, and Jackson are in the playoffs every year and fall flat on their faces every time.

All Geno needs is even average protection to make all the throws.
