Would be interesting to know how moderators are instructed to moderate, like do admin or other moderators set the direction? Like some sites are more hands on while others more hands off - or is it pretty much free reign carte blanche?

I never hear anyone complain about Wags and Genie. They have to be up there or at the top for best in forumville, I never really see them lose their cool. Like Maxey of the 76ers always running around smiling spreading joy.

Remember I was on a vacation leave last week and I happen to met few new friends. They ask me what I do for living and I answered them with honesty. I told them I work as a moderator in a sports forum and I even promote and ask them to create an account. haha..

I say I work as an Uber and Lyft driver in Las Vegas and I also work as a moderator on a sports forum. Basically watching over the forum making sure things are going OK, helping create and implement new ideas and contests etc..
