Yes on the Carnival Liberty but it's not for another 6 months or so until February. Those type of incidents that you're seeing on social media can happen on any cruise line. For some reason I think Carnival just gets a bad rap but I haven't been in a couple years so I'll definitely keep you updated. I've seen the restrictions you're talking about. I don't think they're unnecessary or unreasonable
