Payouts seem to be taking longer and longer. I did hear a recent payout report though. Guy waited 19 days.

I have to think this is probably slowest time of year right now. Still no excuse if you are running your book responsibly. Thanks Ace.

I've had a pending payout since late June. They have paid before but usually it's the same day. Cashier shows last update 7/7 but I've been emailing and have been told the same thing about payment processor issues for weeks. Starting to get worried but it's not a lot of money so I'm hopeful they'll still pay out. Good to see some of you are getting paid though, thats a good sign.

Update on my payout, one hour after making this post I got their email asking to confirm the btc address and they paid me

I received my second payout....took 8 days. I can live with that as long as it's consistent....but at the same time if it's going to take that long I will limit my play.

Other than the payout issues, they are a great book and I'm hoping they regain their liquidity comes NFL season.

Glad you got paid, but can't help but feel jealous! I'm on day 17 now for my 2nd payout.

I received a 2nd payout today. If you have a large balance and haven't been paid it might help if you offer them the option of sending smaller weekly payments.

Waiting 3 weeks to get paid? thats a super redflag in 2025, there are so many sites that pay fast... 1,5, or 10 min. max. why still people play there ?

I've done 3 withdrawals since the slowdown. The first two were paid in about a week. The third one is from 8 days ago. Based on what I'm seeing here, I guess I shouldn't expect to see it for another week or two. "Eventually" is infinitely better than "never" and the fact that payments are being made (albeit very slowly) shows intent, which is great....and I am still making plays to show good faith on my end - but my plays are about 1/5 of what they were when things were going strong. There is no joy in winning when payouts are so shaky....and losing sucks, so I'm playing small.

All of that being said, this has really been a great book and I hope they find a way out of this cash flow mess. I'd LOVE to have them be my main out comes NFL.

While it’s wonderful they are paying - what advantage do they offer over BookMaker/JustBet-BetoOnline/Sportsbetting-Bet105/Heritage/BetAnything-or even YouWager or BetNow- all of whom have consistently paid without delays.

I said it while ago when it came to Wager6 slow paying me and repeated when TopWager365 did the same - just because you paid me 100% doesn’t mean I’m stupid enough to trust you with a 5 figure balance ever again - no matter how big the bonus. Making it right doesn’t mean you’re not a thief - just one who is happy to take advantage of people’s greed and desire to grab a bonus too good to be true.

These guys belong in the conversation with Jazz/Phoenix - they typically will pay - but don’t expect it between February-August. It’s a football only event and then only if chalk loses more than 60%. One bad month and they will be gone.

It's sounds counterintuitive but...

If your account is on the plus side and you have already received payouts that are at least equal to your deposits then there's really no risk in continuing to play there. Just remember not to count your chickens before they're hatch.

I have 2 pending 10K crypto payouts. Same verbiage about processor issues. I know it's either a stall tactic or I won't get my money at all. I asked why don't I just frt my payout via zelle since I deposited quite a bit that way and was told that isn't a possibility. The first request was 12 days ago, and the 2nd request was 3 days ago.
