Adding my case to this thread.
I had an extremely hot run - probably one of the best in my life - turning a low/mid 4-digit balance to a 5-digit one within two days. If you ask me, I wouldn't want to grow the balance that much all of a sudden but this is what happens in betting. Consecutive winnings followed by consecutive losses. It's beyond our powers.
Anyhow, they had a check in my account - I would do the same, if in their shoes - and they assured me I get paid the entire balance in installments.
Yesterday, I received the first payment from them. It was a slow one but it was a payment after all. They always stay responsive in the chat, I would top rated their support, Gary is an excellent guy.
The truth is, they 've never hidden themselves even when they moved to a new platform. Given the current dry season too - all parties both bookies and players suffer a lot this period - I see they stand honest and fair.
Apparently, much room to get improved - the major changes I 'd say profile the players, eliminate the stakes for the pros to a playable amount and move the freakin' lines accordingly after they bet.
Move the lines - this is your product -, don't stick blindly to the foolish odds providers, stay profitable as organization and pay quickly.
If not willing to move the lines, eliminate the action of pros and allow them to play as they contribute a lot to the brand reputation.
I will keep you posted for the upcoming payments.

That's great that they sent you a payment but that doesn't change the fact that they are straight up stealing money and unresponsive to multiple other people who have reported issues in this forum. They are clearly picking and choosing who they want to pay and who they dont. I don't know why anyone would choose to play at a place that is clearly acting in a shady manner. It's basically a crap shoot if you'll get paid or not.
Give me the odds on craps any day and twice on Sunday vs. the odds of getting paid but them lol
So after 5 months of promises to be paid in full by Barry, Willy, Gary, Pri, guess what?....They send an email stating I am a professional and they are keeping my balance and deposits. These low lifes have no ability to pay players if they win and should not remain in business. Ahughe black mark on the industry
Of course! They will take your money and wagers and even pay out minimal amounts to claim they are legit but the principals there have screwd over players before and are doing the same thing here
Yes I have been chatting with them in the past and when I push back on not being paid out they just delete the chat. These guys are complete scum. I think I posted about this once before but on July 4th this guy Barry Flemming who supposedly works in their accounting department texted me threats if I didn't stop posting negative things about them in forums. Imagine that for a minute, a book actually texting a player to threaten them. These are the kind of people working there, just complete scum. I actually went back and forth with texts and eventually he called me that night. We spoke and he claimed he had the power to get me all my money back and claimed he would get my funds paid out in $500 a week increments. However, after that day I never heard back and I haven't received any money. I texted him a week later and got no response. I have all these texts saved and can prove all of this, it's too crazy for me to even make up. These guys just lie and change their story constantly. When this all first happened Barry Flemming posted in this forum that at the very least everyone would get all previous deposits back not just their last deposit. Those are his words, you can all go back and find the post where he says that. Anyway they are clearly bothered by the negativity in the forums, so much so that they reached out to me to get me to stop, so id say anyone who has been screwed should go even harder making posts and bashing them for what they have done.
