Den isn't gonna get that liquidity unless they start paying in a timely manner soon. Deposits dry up real fast when payouts dry up.
The "processor issues" excuse is so tired. BAS uses the same processor and they don't seem to be having any problems.

My last payout took 5 days (it had never taken more than a day before that)....and I have a pending payout that is 2 days old. I think they absolutely intend to pay, but (and this is pure speculation) I think there are cash flow issues - not processor issues. Outside of the current issues, it's been a great place to play and I hope things resolve for them. I am sure they realize that poor payout performance can kill a book and I really hope they are able to get it together.

I just spoke with Arya on the phone earlier this morning. I have a decent relationship with her specifically because she gave me a couple hundred dollars in freeplay for a review I gave on Den months ago. She brought up the processor issue and I said quote, “well you guys have the same processor as BetAnySports and there is no issues there.” She quote said, “I can neither confirm nor deny that information” (after a long pause.) She did say payouts are taking longer than usual but they are all be honored. You guys be the judge

So far BMR is the only social site with these complaints. Probably best to keep it that way considering there is a already a run on the bank by posters here. Hopefully the owners are honorable and have a good football season so we all get paid.

Of course if they were honorable as soon as cash on hand wasn't equal to the balance of all our accounts they would have stopped taking wagers and sent everyone their money.

You never know, but I think they’ll be fine.

Maybe they got hurt a bit on baseball early in the season, which led to them increasing the juice to 20c lines. They seem to do a pretty good job of managing their lines so I suspect they’ll do fine this football season.

Update I was paid an hour ago. Now, I did send them this link via live chat and that's when I finally got a timeframe and some information. Before making this post I was given nothing. I also find it strange that they are doing 20 cent lines on baseball and the reduced juice is the only way to get a dime on baseball with a $500 wager max. I did some research and here is what I found.

This deposit + bonus + winnings is a new feature added. This was not there a few weeks ago on their moonshot promo.

Baseball dimelines were a default part of their wagering but was moved to their reduced juice bonus program. Cannot get a dimeline without their reduced juice program.

I'll let you all be the judge of me getting paid hours after this post goes up having anything to do with the timely payout or not. But once I sent the link to this post in live chat, I finally got some answers. They also mentioned the holiday along with their processor. (Payout was submitted Wednesday) Aren't they Costa Rican as well? Why would independence day effect them?

Anyways, what needs to change above all else is this, if you charge a 1% fee on a payout, it should not take more than 24 hours. (Opinion) Think of all the fees we have to pay to buy crypto. They use the same processor as betanysports and they rarely even take 24h. Hopefully this book gets more organized. A client should never have to correct a sportsbook on what their rollover is. thats great u get paid, sometimes with other books have the same problem or even find a excuse to not pay like arbitrage, multiaccount etc... when is time to pay big amounts there are always excuses and problems.

I requested mine on June 30th at 2am & still have not received it. They keep saying it is a processor issue & they are doing them all manually. Basically 15 & counting. They can't give an expected payout date.

It shows last undated in my request as 7/4/2025 2:21:15 PM

I've had a pending payout since late June. They have paid before but usually it's the same day. Cashier shows last update 7/7 but I've been emailing and have been told the same thing about payment processor issues for weeks. Starting to get worried but it's not a lot of money so I'm hopeful they'll still pay out. Good to see some of you are getting paid though, thats a good sign.
